Emilie, that's great that you get that many IM questions per day. I think it's worth it even for a relatively low number of questions because it's so easy to staff and I feel like we might not get those questions otherwise. At PPLD we have been getting more traffic than expected via IM, mostly through our widgets on our site...especially given our limited hours that we staff. I would say we get between 2 and 4 questions an hour for the 4 hours a day that we staff is pretty good...and I hope our patrons like us as much as the Tutt patrons! I love warm fuzzies via IM!
