And I &lt;em&gt;am&lt;/em&gt; saying that &quot;OA should prosper so that reference librarians can feel good and get high-fives at the reference desk&quot; because if a patron is high-fiving you it&#039;s because they are happy and their needs have been met, and really what else are we here for but to make that happen?</description>
