I’m sure everyone is just waiting for me to weigh in on these important issues:
- Wyoming mudflap girl: Doesn’t quite transcend its sexist, tacky source material.
- “Don’t tase me, bro!”: Using a taser on obnoxious-but-not-violent people is still a bad idea.
- “I work on the web”: Hey, good for you. I seem to mostly waste time on the web.
- Anonymous cowards: Using anonymity or pseudonymity to allow one to write about sensitive topics without fear of reprisal seems reasonable. Using anonymity or pseudonymity as a screen for zero-consequence nastiness seems lame. Cf. this funny and profane comic from Penny Arcade.

I said my piece to AL.

And, unsurprisingly, it is well-said. I had a longer post prepped on that topic, saying some of what you had to say, but wordier, and less pointed than your comment.
But then I thought, why bother?

Wyoming’s “We’re shifting gears” slogan with the mud flap girl seems oddly suggestive. Not sure of exactly what. But something inappropriate, that’s for sure.
