There are a lot of things that I want to write about, but being sick and other responsibilities are keeping me away. I have a short list of “tl;dw” (for “too long; didn’t write”) posts that I have been meaning to make for a while now. Maybe next week?

But here is a time-sensitive one: tonight at my library, John Porcellino, the author and artist behind King-Cat Comics will be giving a slide show of his work and signing his new book, King-Cat Classix. I have long been a big fan of John’s work, and am just thrilled to bring him to Colorado College for this event. I recommend King-Cat to anyone who likes self-published, zine-style stuff or independent comics.

And Luke sure likes my old King-Cat shirt that he now wears as a smock.
