Looks like I <a href="http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/" rel="nofollow">downloaded Markdown.pl from Daring Fireball</a> and put it in ~/Library/Application Support/TextWrangler/Unix Support/Unix Filters. If I had to do any more configuration than that, I forget. Hm, it has been forever since I did this. I've always though that everything did get in the BATF, purging it makes much sense. I rely on system file to organize everything, a script to make the unique ID with a single click via autohotkey and noteplus.
